Dear Duke Nukem Editing Project members,
It's good ol prowler again. I just recently came to realize that DNEP is not 100% dead as I originally thought. The site actually still exists under Duke4.net's server. I never knew this for some odd reason and it was just brought to my attention recently. I will be contacting Duke4 shortly about this and will attempt to get the site back up to full order. Currently most of the pages and downloads work, but some are no longer available. I am asking anyone who is still interested at all if they would take some time to help me revive this site. I know I'm not the only DNMP fan out there and in the wake of Duke Nukem Forever the Duke fan blood is going strong.
Thank You for your time and I hope to speak with some of you on the forums again.
Prowler.
P.S. I apologize that some of you may have had issues activating your accounts. The board had an activation limitation on it which required administrator approval. I have removed such a restriction and you should be able to post. If there is still an issue feel free to contact me at dukempmaps@yahoo.com.

Hey prowler! It's nice to hear some news of you! To tell you the truth, DNMP mapping doesn't interest me anymore... The game was fun but now it's old; I moved foward on newer engines. The prism editor with its bugs wasn't the easiest to deal with too... BUT, if you plan to focus on DNF mapping with the "new" DNEP site, I'll for sure visit the boards and try to keep the community alive at my best! Duke Nukem Forever will use the Unreal Editor with I want to learn so it's gonna be the perfect opportunity for me!

Trust me I fully intend to encompass DNF editing when the game is released. I'm just trying to see if enough people are still around to be able to help. Glad to hear from you again D!

Unfortunately you are really the only one. There is one member who keeps contacting me about it then never returns my emails, but what you gonna do.

Good! Cant wait! Any news of the other members? I'm wondering about the same thing, what happened to RG and the others? Does anyone know if RG has an email address that might still work, or is there any way of contacting him?

I've tried contacting him over the last few YEARS but to no avail. He and I were pretty friendly while he was here at DNEP and he was one of our biggest assets. However I don't see us getting him back again. It's a shame too. He was a good guy. Hope all is going well for him.

Holy Crap dude I just read your post here. I remember my last conversation with him he mentioned something about not being able to be on the computer for long anymore because of severe back problems. I hope that isn't him as well, but that would explain why I was never able to re-establish contact. Our prayers go out to him and his family. He stayed with this site even though it ended up dying the way it did. Now I feel even worse that he stuck it out and I didn't. Sadly with DNF out and everything even if we tried to get this going again I doubt very many would care.
